    The overall objective of this position is to assist the Carrier Services team exceed revenue objectives while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.  Our Carrier Services team acts as a customer advocate by proactively managing every aspect of their communications as a single point of contact, building custom solutions, and leveraging our experience and expertise with connectivity, cloud, collaboration, mobility and telecom expense management solutions.


    With over 100 industry leading domestic and international carriers in our supply chain, we take an agnostic approach towards consulting on what’s best for our customers - simplifying and streamlining procurement, contract negotiation, project management, adds moves and changes and long-term account management so our customers can focus on business outcomes instead of spending hours managing their telecom services.


    General Sales Support Responsibilities:

    • Provide administrative support to nationwide sales team.
    • Assist the team with pre-sales design, pricing and creation of proposals for new and existing clients, CSR requests, pre-scrub orders that are forwarded to implementation team, and data entry.
    • Submit and follow up on compensation disputes with carrier providers.
    • Coordinate with other internal departments to ensure exceptional customer experience.
    • Provide quarterly customer touch-points to assist team in identifying upsell opportunities within our base of customers.
    • Support the needs of sales representatives and customers in a timely manner
    • Help coordinate regular training sessions for sales team, to include product and industry updates, sales strategies and selling skills, etc.



    Required Knowledge and Experience:

    • Minimum of 3 years in a sales support role
    • Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
    • Previous Carrier Services work experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
    • Excellent verbal, written communication, strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Intermediate to advanced skill in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
    • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
    • Ability to handle customer calls and requests in sales representative’s absence
    • Must possess positive attitude and willingness to succeed
    • Experience with SalesLogix and SalesForce preferred, but not required
