    I. Quote Preparation and Review

    • Reviews SLX Quotes for complete designs and prepares data to be imported into Quote.
    • Identifies possible missing information or errors and researches prior to processing.
    • Imports designs, and ensures complete and accurate part and costing information.
    • Reviews and applies pricing and costing adjustments when provided.
    • Provides a high level of customer service by responding to user requests in a timely manner.


    II. Quote Tool Maintenance

    • Provides help desk support for the SLX Quote tool, answering questions and providing assistance as needed.
    • Maintains communication to keep users informed of the status of requests.


    III. Quote Tool Maintenance

    • Reviews all new itemcodes created through the SLX Quote tool and ensures complete and accurate information, including manufacturer, vendor, description, cost and price.
    • Reviews accounts in SLX to ensure proper information has been entered and all entries are fully completed.


    IV. Policy and Process Maintenance

    • Maintains internal policy and process documentation relating to Quoting. 
    • Provides coaching on Quote tool process for other departments.
    • Communicates and distributes Quoting policy information.


    • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
    • Experience with TigerPaw and SalesLogix applications preferred, but not required.
    • Ability to communicate with professionals of all levels verbally and in writing.
    • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
    • Ability to analyze data.
