    Responsibilities

    Position Summary:

    The Cloud Consultant is primarily responsible for working jointly with Carousel Account teams to drive the sale of Carousel Industries’ UCaaS and CCaaS Cloud Solutions in their assigned region. Experience in Telephony, Collaboration and Contact Center technologies is required.  The Cloud Consultant is responsible for opportunity specific AE support, business development and sales enablement in their region. This will include activities like; account planning sessions with sales teams, training sessions with Cloud partners, developing strong relationships with our partners in territory, customer demonstrations, customer presentations, system design, SOW development, contracting and participating in any other activities necessary to further the growth of Carousel’s Cloud business in their region. The Cloud Solution Specialist will focus on providing a high level of support to both internal and external customers. 

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Drive Cloud UCaaS and CCaaS sales by providing pre-sales support of Carousel’s Cloud portfolio in their assigned region and across all Carousel territories as needed.
    • Deliver Customer presentations and demonstrations of the various products in our Cloud UCaaS and CCaaS portfolio.
    • Develop and maintain a working technical knowledge of Carousel’s complete Cloud portfolio.
    • Present on-time quotes for Cloud solutions to the Account Executives and/or End-Users within defined service level objectives.
    • Maintain accountability for ensuring accurate quotes across all Carousel Cloud products.
    • Participate as needed in developing responses to RFP’s.
    • Assist in developing client facing documentation. Examples would include proposals, executive summaries, scopes of work and contract generation as needed.
    • Create a Top 50 Account Planning Strategy to Drive Cloud solutions.
    • Facilitate relationship building and account mapping between our Cloud portfolio partners and the Carousel account teams.

    Qualifications

    • BS/BA Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Previous work experience in Telephony, Collaboration and Contact Center is required.
    • Experience with the following specific Cloud Service Providers is preferred; inContact, Five9, RingCentral, Cisco and Avaya.

    • Direct Customer Facing Sales Experience preferred.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.), CRM program preferred.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
