    Position Overview:

    The Regional VP's primary responsibility will be to oversee the performance and development of all sales related activities within the Georgia market. This individual will direct the sales team and provide constant leadership towards the achievement of supreme profitability and growth which will directly align with the company’s overall strategy, vision and goals. He/She will lead the existing team and work to develop, recruit and hire additional talented sales reps locally. There will be a focus on a targeted recruiting plan alongside overall skills development. This person will also manage all partner relationships and strive to meet personal and team quotas.



    • Ownership of sales planning, performance metrics, forecasting, and reporting in alignment with territory goals.
    • Monitor sales activities across the entire team to ensure account performance is maintained and objectives are being met
    • Fully establish client account lists and align specific sales territories with Account Executives
    • Guarantee strategy around account mapping and develop plans for top accounts in region
    • Responsible for the leadership, management, recruiting, and strategic development of the team with a growth oriented mentality.
    • Ensure Account Executives are trained on vital partner solutions and that relevant certifications are obtained when necessary
    • Develop and execute a sales strategy through full understand of customer wants and desires while position the entire Carousel portfolio of products and services
    • Responsible for the strategic direction and development of Sales team focusing on new technologies, process improvements, employee skill enhancement, and motivation techniques.
    • Develops sales and support strategies, techniques, and tactics based on customer feedback and market environment.
    • Successfully motivate Account Executives to sell and support accounts aggressively.
    • Conduct performance appraisals, organize on-going training and address performance issues when necessary.
    • Conduct on-going meetings to discuss account strategy and forecasts while driving our Customer Success program.
    • Coordinate regular training sessions for Sales team, to include product and industry updates, sales strategies, selling skills, etc.


    Required Knowledge and Experience:

    • Must live in the state of Georgia
    • At least 10 years of Management experience within the Technology industry.
    • Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Strong knowledge of Security, Cloud, Infrastructure, Datacenter and UC products and services would be beneficial
    • Superb relationships with local vendors and knowledge of Cisco preferred
    • Strong supervisory, employee relations, and employee development skills. Demonstrated ability to lead others in the achievement of business goals.
    • Ability to motivate others and inspire high performance, loyalty, and customer satisfaction.
    • Ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
    • Ability to handle multiple priorities and demands in a fast-paced environment.
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and successfully implement strategies and manage change.
    • Strong team work ethic, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to travel on an as-needed basis.
