    The Client Engagement Coordinator applies project management knowledge, technical and interpersonal skills, and project management tools to meet project requirements of small to medium proportion.              

    • Manages the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple or limited scope projects.
    • Assists client engagement associates, managers and partners on projects/programs.
    • Reviews high-level deliverables across projects.
    • Implements engagement review and quality assurance procedures in accordance with our methodology to ensure profitable and successful execution of project or consulting engagements as measured by company and team goals and customer satisfaction.
    • Minimizes our exposure and risk across multiple projects.
    • Grows long-term relationships with clients and capitalizes on equity and partnership opportunities.
    • Manages project budget, including impact of Change Orders or changes to scope and timelines
    • Ensures accurate time entries for team members to the project, ensures accurate invoicing, and monitors all partner/third party timesheets and invoices for all projects under his/her direction.
    • Addresses billing issues if they arise.
    • Analyzes profitability, revenues, margins, and utilization across projects.
    • Serves as a key participant in team and client meetings
    • Raises our visibility through involvement in local industry organizations
    • Anticipates client needs and proposes alternative business solutions.
    • Mentors Project Associates



    Years of Experience: 2-3

    Certification: PMBOK Knowledge Certification is: Preferred but not required


    Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
    • Experience communicating business solutions and service offerings
    • Prior experience in balancing multiple small scale IT projects, I.E Cisco, Extreme and Fortinet
    • Previous experience managing teams, budgets, scheduling, tasks for internal departmental initiatives, and clients
    • Familiarity with time entry systems for project monitoring
