    Job Description:

    The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Finance Department.


    Responsibilities include:

      • Provides administrative support to the Finance Department, on a daily basis, as needed.
    • Prints and distributes vendor and subcontractor invoices.
    • Mails out customer invoices.
    • Organizes and files AR cash receipts and AP check runs.
    • Misc. filing projects.
    • Enters sales/service orders.
    • Phone and front desk coverage.




    Required Knowledge and Experience:


    • Requires experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
    • Requires experience in an accounting or office environment.
    • Prior Billing/Invoicing, A/R, A/P, or Purchasing experience preferred.
    • Completion of high school, degree or equivalent is preferred.
    • Requires strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work both independently and with other personnel within the department and company.
