Responsibilities

Position Summary:


Perform analysis of service contract & project related order submittals to ensure documentation content, profit margin and commissionable objectives are achieved per corporate established process and policies.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Analyze documentation submitted to ensure content matches order submittal matrix.
  • Evaluate margin percentage for all included Break/Fix support to ensure within acceptable margin matrix guidelines.
  • Evaluate margin percentage for Managed Services content (where applicable) to ensure within acceptable margin guidelines.
  • Evaluate Service Contract content to ensure renewal versus net new content properly identified to ensure coded correctly for commissions calculation.
  • To review and evaluate contract billing information to ensure complete and correct to ensure effective and accurate billing provided to customer.
  • To ensure final contract validity against quoted content.

 

Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Participate in development/review/improvement/update of related processes.
  • Remain current on basic tenets of all existing and new Service Contract/Managed Services offerings.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate Degree in Accounting, Business or related discipline preferred.
  • Prior experience in Contracts processing/administration a plus.
  • Highly organized, detail oriented.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (with a focus on Excel and Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and/or projects simultaneously with competing deadlines and priorities.
  • Ability to work both independently and with other personnel within the department and company.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with all levels of staff and management.
