NWN Carousel is looking for a Partner Services Support Representative to join our team, preferably near one of our NE NWN Carousel offices.  This is a full time position with full benefits, working primarily in a remote capacity.


Role Overview

The Partner Services Support Representative role is responsible for the life cycle process of third party renewals.


Scope of Role Responsibilities

Essential, key job responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Drive third party renewals in order to achieve NWN annuity re venue goals and partner metric objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Partner Regional Account Executives in order to help achieve timely renewals.
  • Develop subject matter expertise of manufacturer partner renewal processes such as but not limited to Avaya, Cisco, HP, EMC, VMware, etc.
  • Create opportunities and quotes in Salesforce.
  • Update Salesforce with notes and other required information as directed by Partner Services leadership.
  • Manage daily quoting activity to provide timely quotations to customers.
  • Work closely with Field Account Executives to help ensure on time renewals, maximum retention of revenue and maximum profitability.
  • Obtain maintenance renewal costs from vendor partners and distribution partners as needed.
  • Receive customer purchase orders, convert opportunities to sales orders.
  • Manage open renewal orders.
  • Help resolve customer issues as needed.
  • Develop subject matter expertise in Enterprise Agreements, Smart Accounts, Cisco My Entitlements (CME) and all other manufacturer partner tools used in day-to-day activities.
  • Integrate activities with future Lifecycle Management programs and tasks.

Role Qualifications and Requirements


The following are minimum qualifications and requirements required for this role:

  • 2 plus years of renewals experience.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and set priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Operate effectively against weekly, monthly and quarterly deadlines.
  • Solid communications skills.
  • Define and implement creative approaches to achieving quarterly metrics objectives.
  • Must be able to work with financial transactions for the purpose of setting sales prices and achieving gross margin targets.
  • Ability to work within a team and support other team members as needed to deliver results.

The following qualifications are ideal, but not required:

  • MS Office knowledge.
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Experienced with NetSuite.
  • Experience with Cisco and/or Avaya tools preferred.
