Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Product Developer with a strong background in managing offering processes and optimizing cross-departmental workflows using Lean Six Sigma and Safe Agile principles. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing implementation of process efficiency and product lifecycle for our EMP (Experience Management Platform) working across multiple offerings and driving improvements in efficiency, quality, and collaboration to achieve first class product development.

As a key player in product management, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, sales, and customer success, to ensure a seamless process from ideation to market launch. You will employ Lean Six Sigma methodologies and Safe Agile processes to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to streamline the delivery of integrated offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Offering Processes: Drive the development, management, and optimization of offerings across multiple departments, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
• Agile Methodology Implementation: Lead product development in a SAFe Agile environment, ensuring that Agile principles are applied to streamline product delivery.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders across departments (engineering, marketing, sales, operations, and customer success) to define, prioritize, and deliver integrated offerings.
• Lean Six Sigma Optimization: Use Lean Six Sigma methodologies to assess and improve existing processes, reducing waste, enhancing efficiency, and improving overall product quality.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact between different departments and offerings to ensure that objectives are aligned and met.
• Product Roadmap & Strategy: Define and execute the product roadmap, ensuring that it aligns with business goals and customer needs while driving innovation and continuous improvement.
• Metrics and Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the offerings and process improvements, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to ensure product relevance and differentiation.
• Customer Focus: Prioritize the customer experience, gathering and analyzing user feedback to continuously improve the product. Ensure the product solves real customer problems and delivers a compelling user experience.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in an Agile environment.
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt)
• Strong understanding of offering management and ability to manage complex, cross-functional processes.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-departmental initiatives and improving workflows using Lean methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset for identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in large-scale Agile environments with multiple teams and offerings.
• Background in technology, software development, or similar industries.
• Experience with end user technology platforms, Conversational AI, Service Desk, Asset management, and/or Field Support a plus.
• Familiarity with change management processes and continuous improvement frameworks.
