We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Government Contracts Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in federal government contracting, including experience as a Contracting Officer, and a deep understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full lifecycle of government contracts, from proposal development to contract closeout
• Manage and evaluate Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring compliance with federal regulations and company policies
• Ensure adherence to Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and other applicable government contracting rules
• Develop and implement compliance programs to mitigate risks associated with government contracting
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions with government agencies
• Provide guidance on contract interpretation and resolve contractual disputes
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and compliant contract execution

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in federal contracting regulations and industry best practices

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in government contracting, including experience as a federal government Contracting Officer
• In-depth knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and related procurement policies
• Proven track record of successfully overseeing and evaluating Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
• Strong understanding of government contract compliance requirements
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Superior written and verbal communication abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active Federal Acquisition Certification for Contracting Officer's Representatives (FAC-COR)
• Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance, demonstrating eligibility to access classified information critical to federal contracting operations
