Responsibilities

The Project Coordinator role is responsible for managing and driving the success of projects.

  • Manage a project portfolio of 20-25 project; maintaining 65% chargeability.
  • Responsible for driving project and portfolio success: Maintaining high customer satisfaction while keeping projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Direct and coordinate all activities of project personnel and shared corporate resources to ensure projects progress on schedule and within budget.
  • Communicate the project's scope, goals, objectives, deliverables and critical success factors to the project team.
  • Be the liaison with project stakeholders.
  • Follow the NWN Project Coordination delivery methodology, including but not limited to: * Facilitate project kickoff meetings. * Schedule project resources. * Create and maintain an accurate project plan. * Monitor, measure and report on project progress to management and clients. * Proactively manage changes in project scope Facilitate project closure activities.
  • Understand and articulate all NWN service offerings and capabilities.
  • Represent NWN with contractors, suppliers, customers, departments and other parties as required.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of progressive Information Technology experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite, including MS Project.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized and results oriented.
  • Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Familiarity with business management software such as NetSuite or ServiceNow. (Preferred)
  • PMP or CAPM certification preferred.

Travel:  Local/regional travel based on projects and customers contained within the PC portfolio.

Weekend cutovers/migrations are typical.
